Enigma Service - a suite of enhanced service/support options - goes far beyond conventional software maintenance and support (which is also available). Enigma Service resolves a variety of data administration hassles including staff transitions, peak demand overload, staff training, vacations, sick leave and user training.
Training
Enigma Data Solutions offers training courses tailored to the client's level of expertise and requirements. Classes can be held within Enigma's premises (Houston or London), at the clients location, or at an off-site facility close to the client's premises.
